You will be starting with 3 pieces of information to get you started with your volunteer website.
You'll receive an email welcoming you to your new website and admin portal. This is a singular login to access everything you need. If you did not receive your login information, please email Gloria@loveourcities.org.
The front-end website is where volunteers can learn about what your organization is doing and sign up for projects. You will be able to change images, verbiage, add pages, etc. You can manage and edit that as well with the SAME login information as your Admin Portal. The Admin Portal (or the back-end) is where you will set up your event and add projects received from organizations and individuals using the Suggest a Project link on the homepage of your website. When volunteers sign up for projects, you'll be able to manage the projects and print reports from here. Your Project Leaders will also be able to view their projects and the volunteers that sign up.
